MEET MICHELE
Michele Danna is a NYC-based theater, film, commercial, and voiceover actor. She recently finished a three-year run as Lady Macbeth in the Off-Broadway hit Drunk Shakespeare, has been in multiple national commercials and indie projects, and will soon be starring in the series Take the Whip.
Born and raised in Jersey, Michele grew up running from soccer practice to rehearsal with a script in one hand and shin guards in the other. As an artist and an athlete, Michele is out here playing badass bosses, judgy sisters, and sporty moms, while loving physical comedy and anything that requires a stunt team.
Offstage, Michele is an award-winning director, acting professor, and the Education Director at Mile Square Theatre in Hoboken, NJ. She practices yoga and is an avid runner. She also has two cats who think they are dogs, but that's a story for another day.

THE REVIEWS ARE IN

MISS POPPENGHUL
MOONLIGHT & MAGNOLIAS
"Danna is brilliantly funny, getting the most mileage out of the line, "Yes, Mr. Selznick" which she repeats no less than 20 times throughout the show. Her performance is reminiscent of Lilly Tomlin's Ernestine."
LADY MACBETH
DRUNK SHAKESPEARE
"Michele Danna is blow-your-mind talented... [she] blew me away during the show."
"I did not expect to be brought to tears by New Jersey Jennifer Aniston performing the 'out damn spot' speech."
"Michele is funny and fierce!"
COSTANZA
ENCHANTED APRIL
"Patrons who enjoyed last year’s WTC production of “Enchanted April” will be glad to hear that Michele Danna, who stole several scenes in that show without speaking a word of English, is back to play sister Meg."
